We may collect this information when you provide it at one of our salons, on our site, our social media platforms, our social networking, or mobile applications, or at one of our events. You may provide personal information to us in a number of ways, such as when you participate our Hair Quiz, Social Media Giveaway, Promotion or Offer, or when you make a purchase on our site or at an event hosted by us. The types of personal information you may provide to us includes:

By consenting to Umberto Giannini’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. 

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. For example, we will keep your order data for five years after you place an order with us to allow us to comply with our legal obligations.

Retail Partners 

You can purchase Umberto Giannini products via our Retail Partners in the UK & Internationally. For example but not limited to, Boots, Waitrose, Ocado, Amazon (we refer to these as our "Retail Partners"). Please note that when you are purchasing Umberto Giannini products and/or services through a Retail Partner, either online or in one of their stores, you are contracting directly with that Retail Partner and not with us. Any personal data which you provide to a Retail Partner will be controlled by the Retail Partner and you should visit the Retail Partner’s website or contact them directly if you have any questions about how they process, handle, and use your personal data. 

Updates To Our Privacy Policy 

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our personal information practices.
